Introducing children to the world of ballroom dancing offers a multitude of benefits that extend far beyond the dance floor. Through the art of movement and rhythm, young dancers learn invaluable life skills such as teamwork, discipline, and confidence.

Ballroom dancing fosters physical fitness, coordination, and balance while also nurturing creativity and self-expression. Moreover, it instills a sense of respect and etiquette, as well as the ability to gracefully navigate social situations. By engaging in ballroom dancing, children develop a strong foundation for both their physical and social well-being, all while having a blast and making lifelong friends.

We teach boys and girls from 3 years of age, our starter classes are the perfect place to start your child with the fundamentals of ballroom dancing. Once they become more adept/proficient, they can move to our Advanced Class where they will learn the five dances of standard and five of Latin that are included in the World Games.

We offer Competitive dance (season of competitions), Social Dance and Medal Testing.

Adult Social Dancing

The lure of the ballroom floor has never been more popular thanks to shows like RTE’s Dancing with the Stars and the BBC’s Strictly Come Dancing. If you’re looking for a fun activity where you can meet new friends, or reconnect with a partner, then Social Dancing is for you. Come and join us each Monday evening when we learn the basics of Foxtrot, Waltz, Quickstep, Rumba, Cha cha, Samba and Jive.
